Join us and other Allanians for this informal summer event at St James’ and St Basil's, Fenham.
Dame Allan's Anglican foundation and ethos and its history as the "Cathedral School" remains important to this day, and we maintain strong links with our local Anglican church, St James’ and St Basil's. The Senior School’s Chamber Choir regualrly leads choral evensong at St James’ and St Basil's and the Reverend James McGowan is the Schools' Chaplain.
Rev. McGowan will host a tour of "Js and Bs" where you can learn more about its history dating from WW1 and its links with local philanthropist, Sir James Knott. The tour will be followed by the opportunity for tea, cake and chat with other Allanians in the church cafe.
Please share with your networks and invite your Allanian friends. We look forward to seeing you there.
