Leaving a gift in your will to Dame Allan’s Schools is one of the most powerful ways you can make a lasting difference to the Schools and help future generations of pupils.

This type of support was a founding principle of the Schools in 1705, when Dame Eleanor Allan’s endowment provided an education for 20 poor girls and 40 poor boys from the parishes of St Nicholas and St John in Newcastle upon Tyne. This tradition has continued, enabling many of our pupils benefitting from generous and visionary benefactors.
