Dame Allan’s is a family and the pupils, staff and governors do not cease to be Allanians when their time at the school comes to an end: The Allanian Society exists to make this truth tangible. The Society is for all Allanians and holds firm to our twin aims of supporting Dame Allan’s Schools and creating opportunities for Allanians to keep in touch and to meet together.
Join our mailing list for updates on newsletters, and use this website to share your news with fellow Allanians. Our social events range from relaxed lunches to formal dinners, and from year-group reunions to large gatherings that span generations. We are also engaged in supporting some of the fixtures in the school calendar.
We are thankful to the many supporters, including past parents and friends of the schools, whose commitment and generosity helped to nurture Eleanor Allan’s foundation, and they are always very welcome at Allanian Society events. I look forward to meeting many of you at events in the future or being in touch with you via this website.
Brian Adcock, Chair of the Allanian Society
